    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source, attract, and engage with high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience.
    • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and optimize recruitment strategies.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
    • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
