Job Opening: Solar Panel Installer

- Solar Panel Installers: Responsible for the installation and mounting of solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems.
- Electricians (Specializing in Solar Panels): Skilled electricians who specialize in the electrical aspects of solar panel installation, including wiring, connections, and inverters.
- Solar Panel Fitter Mates: Assist in the installation process by providing support to the lead installers, handling tools, and ensuring materials are readily available.
- General Labourers: Provide general assistance and support on the job site, including material handling, clean-up, and other tasks as required.
- Carpenters: Skilled in carpentry work, they assist in preparing the mounting structures, framework, and other construction-related aspects of solar panel installation.
- Carpenters Mates: Support the carpenters in their duties, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials for the solar panel mounting structures.
- Masons: Skilled in masonry work, they contribute to the construction of foundations and structural elements required for solar panel installation.
- Masons Mates: Assist the masons in their tasks, including mixing and preparing mortar, handling bricks or blocks, and supporting the construction process.
- Slinger Signallers Banksmen: Responsible for signaling and guiding crane operators during the lifting and placement of solar panel components.
- Crane/Lifting Supervisors: Oversee and coordinate the safe operation of cranes and lifting equipment during solar panel installation.
- Forklift Drivers: Skilled in operating forklifts to transport and position materials and equipment on the job site.
- Dumper Drivers: Experienced drivers who operate dump trucks for the transportation of materials to and from the work site.
- Excavator Drivers: Skilled in operating excavators for tasks such as digging foundations, trenching, and site preparation.
- Setting Out Engineers: Responsible for surveying and marking out the layout and position of solar panel arrays, ensuring accurate installation.
- Solar Farm Engineers: Experienced engineers who specialize in the design, construction, and maintenance of large-scale solar farm installations.
- Construction Site Supervisors: Responsible for overseeing the overall progress, safety, and quality of solar panel installation projects.
- Construction Managers: Experienced professionals who manage and coordinate all aspects of solar panel installation projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Concrete Finish Gangs: Skilled in concrete work, they are responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete foundations and structures.
