Position: Plumber
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify any issues or potential problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to understand their plumbing needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Select and install appropriate plumbing materials, such as pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.
- Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning plumbing components, such as faucets, toilets, and water heaters.
- Conduct tests to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumber, with expertise in both residential and commercial settings.
- Valid plumbing license or certification is required.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, components, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
